Syedee® was founded in 2022 by a team of fitness enthusiasts who were frustrated with the lack of budget-friendly yet durable home gym options on the market. We realized that for many people, a gym membership simply isn’t accessible due to high costs, limited schedules, or lack of transportation. That’s why we set out to create a line of home gym equipment that mimics everything you’d find at a full-scale gym – but at a fraction of the price.

After rounds of prototyping and feedback, we finally settled on our flagship product: the Syedee® Home Gym Station. - Power Rack Cage: This steel cage is fully decked out with pull-up bars, J-hooks, and band pegs so you can do squats, bench presses, pull ups, and more. It’s a must for serious weightlifters.
- Adjustable Bench: Our best-selling workout bench easily adjusts to flat, incline, and decline positions. The thick, tear-resistant padding provides sturdy support for presses, curls and hundreds of other exercises.
- Olympic Weight Sets: These cast iron plate sets let you progressively increase your strength training. Each set includes 2.5, 5, 10, 25, 35 and 45 lb plates plus a durable Olympic barbell rated for over 700 lbs.
- Flat Weight Benches: Our heavy-duty flat bench has a wider profile and denser padding for optimal support during chest presses, rows, and other lifts. The thick steel frame prevents wobbling.
- Dumbbell Sets: Available in both rubber hex and cast iron plate designs, our dumbbell sets allow for unlimited single-arm exercises. The stands let you easily grab a pair without bending down.
- Dip Station: Tone and strengthen your arms, chest and back with this sturdy freestanding dip bar. It has padded handles and can support over 300 lbs.
