You grant Syedee and our affiliates a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute and publicly display any User Content that you upload or otherwise submit to the Site, without any compensation to you.
Purchasing Products
The Site allows you to purchase Syedee home gym equipment products online. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to purchase products.
All product images, descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time, at Syedee’s sole discretion. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
To purchase a product, navigate to the product page, select your desired purchase option, and proceed to checkout. If purchasing directly from Syedee, you will need to provide your name, shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment information. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
All stated prices are in U.S. dollars and must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout. You are responsible for all taxes, customs duties or other fees associated with your order.
Your order will be final once payment is processed. You will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery timelines vary based on product and location. Shipping and delivery details will be presented during checkout. We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill your order in a timely manner, but cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. You are responsible for investigating and prosecuting any claims against carriers for loss, damage or delay in delivery.
We reserve the right to discontinue or change specifications, designs, prices or other product information at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse orders based on inappropriate content or for any other reason.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus original shipping costs. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any custom or special order products.
To return a product, please contact us at [email protected] or 1-800-555-1234 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Provide the RMA number with your return. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you fully insure the shipment or use a carrier that provides shipment tracking. Syedee is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged return shipments.
Upon receipt and verification of your return, Syedee will issue a refund in the original form of payment within approximately 3-5 business days.
Disclaimers and Limitations
THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, AND SYEDEE DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

SYEDEE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES, DIMINUTION IN VALUE, DATA LOSS OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, TORT, PRODUCT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SYEDEE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR SUCH DAMAGES WERE OTHERWISE FORESEEABLE.
